Scholarships
Examination Scholarships are awarded based
on testing scores designed to measure aptitude for those
skills commonly required for today’s Hi-Tech
careers.
What is the award amount of the Examination Scholarship?
Two scholarships, (1) $5,000 tuition scholarship and (1) $2,500 scholarship, may be awarded.
How do I make arrangements to take the examination?
Interested seniors should contact WVJC’s Admissions Department or their high school guidance counselor. You may contact our Admissions Department at:

How will the winners of the Examination Scholarship be determined?
The two students scoring the highest on the examination will be notified within two weeks of the examination.
When is the scholarship examination?
The date and time of scholarship examinations may be obtained from your high school guidance counselor or by contacting WVJC’s Admissions Department. The next examination is scheduled for April 2007.
What is the deadline for registering to take the scholarship examination?
The deadline to register for the next examination is April 1, 2007.
